Need to speak with a counselor or other support staff member? Please complete this Student Support Appointment Request Form and someone will contact you as soon as possible. If this is a TRUE emergency and/or requires immediate assistance, please let your teacher know.
EMERGENCY
Ask your teacher to report to the office or nurse immediately if:
- You or someone you know is a danger to themselves or others
- Someone is a danger to you or others
- Other emergency concerns
EMERGENCY OUTSIDE OF SCHOOL
If you are not at school and need immediate emergency assistance, please contact a trusted adult, call the police department, or 911.
